Rates vary by season, dates, length of stay and weekend vs. weekday.

Availability is based on:

4 guests / 2 pets limit

Mid-June to Labor Day: Typically limited to 7-night increment stays, Saturday to Saturday

Early May to mid-June and Labor Day to mid-October: 3-night minimum

2-night stays: Occasional availability to fill small calendar gaps

No 1-night stays

All reservations are subject to Wolfe’s Den occupancy limits, Rental Agreement and Check-out List.

Guests should review these policies before booking:

4-person overnight limit strictly enforced

Pre-approval required for day visitors (4 max)

All overnight guests must be on the reservation

Primary renter must be 21+ and present entire stay

Rental agreement review and acceptance required

All pets must be disclosed before stay, pet fee applies

Basic check-out chores in lieu of a cleaning fee

Children require close supervision near water

Check-in is 3p CST or later via keyless entry

Check-out is by 10a sharp on check-out day

Smoking is not allowed in cabin or boathouse

Cancellation terms vary by platform; see checkout
